Fair, transparent billing based on what you actually use
Each time you open a property page for a new property, you'll be charged 1 property search credit. It's that simple.
Once you've searched a property, you can revisit that property as many times as you need within the next 30 days at no additional cost. This allows you to reference property details across multiple client conversations without worrying about usage limits.
Day 1: You search for 123 Main Street and are charged 1 property credit.
Days 2-30: You revisit 123 Main Street for follow-up calls with the same client — no additional charges.
Day 31+: If you search 123 Main Street again after 30 days, you'll be charged 1 property credit.
Pricing & Availability: All prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days' notice. Current subscribers will be notified of any pricing changes via email before they take effect.
Data Accuracy: Property data is sourced from public records and third-party data providers. While we strive for accuracy, LoanOfficerPro cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all property information. Users should verify critical information independently before making business decisions.
Usage Limits: Monthly search limits reset on the first day of each billing cycle. Unused searches do not roll over to the next month. Add-on credits purchased separately are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
Cancellation & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused searches. Add-on credits are non-refundable.
Service Availability: LoanOfficerPro aims to provide 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions or data inaccuracies.
Compliance: Property data is provided by ATTOM Data Solutions® and is used under license; all data is for informational purposes only, is subject to ATTOM's terms of use, and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without ATTOM's prior written consent.
